Bridals

This was my second bridal shoot. I think these photos turned out well, but I still have a lot to learn. Of course, M is absolutely gorgeous, and, as I always say, it is fairly easy to make pretty pictures when you have a pretty subject.

Roomies

I had a lot of fun with these roommates! They were all grins and goofy expressions. Even M had fun after she locked her keys in her car. Oops!

My Model

Basically, I have a model that I can practice with and she gets free pictures. I think it's a win-win situation, don't you? I love shooting A....er...don't tell my mom I said that...

Sweet Sixteen and All Girl

B is almost 16 and totally loving it! She is going to have a big birthday bash with all the trimmings. It was my privilege and joy to take some portraits to display at the party. I even did her hair and helped select her outfits. We had a blast. Love this girl!

Royalty

The Windy City?

Sunday I did engagements for this cute couple. It was ridiculously windy but it was the only time we could do it! Luckily we got some really good shots in. This one is my favorite :)

Practice

In class on Monday, my instructor let me borrow his lens. I really love playing around with it. It definitely takes some getting used to, but helps produce some extremely pretty pictures, as you can see! The lens is a 50mm f/1.4.
